I've made this Carrot Puff (Souffle) recipe quite a few times. So easy and so delicious. It will become a family favorite if you give it a try. It is great to serve with Turkey or even Roast Beef !

Can I use corn starch in place of the all purpose flour in this recipe to make it gluten free?
Hi, Nancy. We would recommend substituting with a gluten-free flour rather than using cornstarch.
What about substituting w/almond or coconut flour?
