Ingredients
3 to 4 ripe tomatoes
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan. Slice the tomatoes, then purée in a blender. Measure out 1-1/4 cups. Mix the eggs, oil, sugars, and tomato purée in a mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl, combine the flour, spices, baking soda, and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the tomato mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
