Found this recipe last year, loved it then & enjoying again this year.. made it in small loafs for gift giving, Bundt pan & loafs... have added cranraisins, raisins, nuts, or just plain...all which were well received...you can freeze prepared tomatoes for later use...great way for use of those extra tomatoes that you have.
