1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
1/3 cup flaxseed meal or sesame seeds
1 cup pecan pieces or almonds (optional)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1–1 1/2 cups dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, apricots, etc.; I use Mariani Dried Berries & Cherries)
