Hi, Mary Beth. You can follow the directions as is, but swap out the Dutch oven for an ovenproof pan. Cook the bacon over medium heat. Remove the bacon and then follow the directions for layering. Cook in the oven at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
A dutch oven can be used in an oven so why change it?
