This homemade Popcorn Granola Munch combines popcorn, oats, coconut, sesame seeds, and a sweet peanut butter–molasses glaze for the ultimate munchable treat. Perfect for movie nights, after-school snacks, or even gifting, it’s a tasty twist on traditional granola that’s easy to make and hard to resist!

Ingredients
8 cups popped corn
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup molasses
2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, combine popped corn, wheat germ, coconut, rolled oats, and sesame seeds.
  3. Heat peanut butter, water, oil, molasses, and honey in a saucepan.
  4. Pour the heated ingredients over the popcorn mixture and stir well.
  5. Spread on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring often.
