The Almanac Is on Alexa!
If you have an Amazon Echo device, you can add the Daily Almanac Flash Briefing to your Alexa Flash Briefing.
Each day, you’ll hear the date, the day of the year, notable moments in history, plus a useful tip or interesting tidbit from the editors of The Old Farmer’s Almanac—all in about 60 seconds. It’s a great way to start your day.
To enable the Flash Briefing:
- Open the Alexa app on your mobile device.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Flash Briefing.
- Search for Daily Almanac.
- Select the Daily Almanac Flash Briefing from the search results.
- Tap Enable to Use.
Once it’s enabled, simply say, “Alexa, play my Flash Briefing,” and you’ll hear the Daily Almanac Flash Briefing as part of your daily lineup.
