Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread
brown mustard
horseradish
sliced roast beef or other meat
raw yellow onion, sliced
cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread one piece of bread lavishly with mustard and the other with a very thick layer of horseradish.
  2. Add the meat, several slices of onion, and two pieces of cheddar cheese.
