Our all-time favorite sandwiches will brighten up your lunch with flavorful ingredients. This year, we’ve added several new sandwich recipes which are both easy-to-make and satisfying—including our Vermont Farm Sandwich (are you brave enough?), melty Grilled Cheese, and Turkey Green Apple Panini. Take a look!
Let’s start with our easiest sandwich recipes which require the fewest ingredients.
A fresh tomato, basil, and mozzarella sandwhich is the perfect, healthy, and easy dinner. Added pesto or extra virgin olive oil adds wonderful flavor. And no cooking!
Looking for ways to use leftover turkey or chicken? This recipe for Tangy Turkey Salad is a nice light option with fantastic flavor. Serve on a “lettuce sandwich” or on toast.
Our Caribbean Mango Wraps are so flavorful! Stuffed with black beans, sweet potato bites, mango, and spices, these wraps also make a healthy lunch that’s high in protein and fiber.

Although the photos are gorgeous, you might not want to have the lily of the valley on the table, in case someone has the bright idea to try a leaf or blossom, (pictured on the tuna pita). ALL parts of the plant, and even the water from the vase, are very poisonous if eaten or drunk.

Bread of your choice, mustard, mayo, ham, sweet pickle/bread, and butter pickle sandwich slices, add a layer of Doritos. I don't know why it works, but is so good? Particularly as a beach picnic!
