This delicious slow cooker recipe for Sweet Tea Peach Pork Ribs is so easy you’ll make it over and over again! The pork ribs get more tender the longer they cook. Get ready for a citrusy, spicy flavor that will have you licking your fork clean.

Ingredients
3 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
3 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 lemon, halved and seeded
1 cup sweet tea*
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
4-1/2 cups hot cooked rice pilaf
1/4 cup toasted pecans

Instructions

Place all ingredients, except rice and pecans, in a 5-quart slow cooker. Stir to coat. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.

In a bowl, stir together rice and pecans. Drizzle with juices from slow cooker and serve alongside pork.

*To make sweet tea, brew a cup of black tea with 1 tablespoon of sugar mixed in.
