Hi, there-
I also find that cilantro tastes like soap. I always thought people were crazy for liking it, but it turns out it is genetics! According to Charles Wysocki of the Monell Chemical Senses Center in Philadelphia, some people may be predisposed to dislike cilantro due to their taste buds.
But to answer your question, you could leave out the cilantro altogether or add a universal herb such as parsley.
Enjoy!
This sounds great except for the cilantro which tastes like soap to me.Isnt coriander and cilantro the same thing?I'm gonna add some thai chili sauce and that would be perfect
