This fast and easy Crispy Chicken Tenders recipe is perfect for your on-the-go lifestyle. Try it with our sweet and spicy dipping sauce for even more flavor.

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch baking sheet.

Cut up the chicken into strips and set aside. Whip together 2 eggs and salt and pepper. Mix seasoned bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken strips in egg mixture and then roll in bread crumb mixture and repeat again in the egg mixture and back in the bread crumb mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, or until the chicken is tender.

Serve with dipping sauce, marinara sauce, or other sauce of your choosing.

Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

Combine hot sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl.
