Hi! This recipe calls for 1 "Beef Roast". In weight, how much meat is that? Thanks!
Hello!! Since we don't have a dehydrator, what would be the temp for a regular oven?
Hi, Pamela. You can make beef jerky in your oven easily. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F and line a jelly-roll pan (or baking sheet with sides) with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Place a rack (like you would use for cooling cookies) on top of the pan. When you remove the beef strips from the marinade, pat them dry and place on the rack. Cook for about 4 hours (will depend on thickness of beef strips). Enjoy!
