Ok well, just an fyi since I used your directions being new at canning and didn’t know any better. You don’t add 2tbsp of lemon juice for a pint!!!! Unfortunately I learned this after the fast and I knew in my head while adding that much that it was too much. Hopefully no one else makes this mistake and doesn’t follow your directions as a new canner. So not cool!
