How do these compare in carb counts to potato chips?!
I would guess that the carbs aren't that different, however beets are way healthier. Some of their carbs are fiber. And beets are a superfood due to high nutritional content (magnesium, potassium, vitamins A, B6 and C, iron, folic acid, soluble fiber, antioxidants and protein).
