1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 3 medium or 2 large bananas)
1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature

2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into several pieces

What's cooking in The Old Farmer's Store?
This recipe makes a very moist and delicious banana bread. However, I used the recommended 9 × 5 loaf pan and had major oven spillage and a misshapen bread. Next time, I will use a larger deeper loaf pan - maybe 5"D x 10"W x 3"H, 1.5 Pound size.
