The recipe sounds good however the photo makes it look wonderful. I am a little disappointed however that you have added dome mushrooms and yellow bell pepper to the dish as well but don't mention them. I will definitely add these to my dish. For appearance and for taste they could be added towards the end of the grilling. "Bon Apatite"
