I made these and they are delicious. I felt like it has a few niche ingredients that I had to seek out (wheat bran and crystalized ginger) but it was worth the hunt. The recipe as stated made a dozen muffins and I topped with some cinnamon butter I had once baked and warm. Thank you for sharing this with us!
