What is a good substitute for the saltines, and what amount? I'm gluten free. Love saltines, but can't have them.

Just wondering. When you put this in a pan, is there a lot of grease?
Hi, Susan. Much like most meatloaf recipes, yes, this one will produce grease from the meats. If this is objectionable, there are special meatloaf pans that you can buy that help to keep the grease away from the meat by draining it underneath the loaf.
