Cheese Ball

No holiday party is complete without a cheese ball! Serve with crackers, veggie sticks, or pita chips and this creamy appetizer will disappear before your eyes. Note: The ball tastes even better when made a day ahead.

Ingredients
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon finely minced pimiento
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon minced green bell pepper
finely chopped walnuts

Instructions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except walnuts. Put into freezer for 20 minutes. Remove, shape into a ball, and roll in chopped walnuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator until ready to use.
