3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1-1/2 cups milk
1 cup leftover mashed potatoes, at room temperature
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
2-1/4 teaspoon (1 packet) dry yeast
1/3 cup lukewarm water (105° to 115°F) water
5 cups all-purpose flour

I made this bread turned out delicious. But you have forgotten to add an important ingredient . You have us mix in everything but the flour. Lol
I don't own a stand mixer. Are there any alternatives?
It would be helpful if OFA would add a feature permitting the reader to simply click and print recipes as so many other sites do. I can copy-paste (as I just did for the potato bread), but a simple click, which provides a succinct recipe with list and direction would be so much better. Thanks for reading this.

Do you use AP Flour or can I use Bread flour. Will either change the bread?
