I am assuming the instant coffee is in liquid form, but the recipe doesn’t specify. So can I not just use already regular brewed coffee?
Never mind. I’m more of a cake maker than a cookie baker, so I misunderstood. Looked at other recipes to see that there are not much wet ingredients in cookies. They came out quite nicely!
What kind of rolled oats? Quaker one minute or Quaker old fashioned?
They aren't the same thing. One minute are more highly processed to cook quickly. While you can substitute them for rolled you'll sacrifice the chewy texture the rolled oats provide.
How do I make these Chocolate Coffee Oatmeal Sugar Cookies using regular flour? wheat flour costs more where I live and I would have a limited use it for anything else.
