1 pint (about 12 ounces) fresh strawberries, diced
1 pint (about 10 ounces) ripe cherry or grape tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 small or medium-size jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

This sounds and looks like a wonderful recipe. I do wish it could be printed on sheet of page. I printed the first three pages and it cuts off the last two ingredients from the recipe. Thank you.
This was a nice, refreshing salsa. I know some people don't care for cilantro, but it was not at all overpowering in this recipe. Use fresh ingredients - it makes a difference! I served this with baked tortilla strips, but it would also be nice with grilled chicken.
