How about using extra cranberry sauce in a yogurt parfait? It’s great for Thanksgiving leftovers.

As long as your cranberry sauce is firm and doesn’t have too many spicy ingredients, your favorite sauce should do. Same goes for the granola: use your own recipe, or a good store-bought one will do fine.

Ingredients
1 quart vanilla yogurt (or vanilla ice cream)
6 cups leftover cranberry sauce
4 cups granola

Instructions

Into wide-mouth parfait glasses, scoop 1/2 cup yogurt (or ice cream). Top with 1/4 cup cranberry sauce and a few tablespoons of granola. Repeat for a second layer. (Or make just one layer, with double the ingredients.)
