I seem to be missing the humor in this. Dead dog? Making a mess?
Not at all amusing. According to a commenter, we should not keep small dogs just in case this might happen. I suggest we not allow thoughtless dishonest individuals into our homes.
Great Story!
What most commenters seem to have missed is that the minister, or rather ex-minister, is the butt of all the humor here. No one is laughing at the accidental demise of a dear pet, as least I hope not. Now whether ministers deserved to be the subject of humor is a different question altogether.
I don't find this story funny neither.. The gentleman should of confessed to the lady he accidentally killed her little dog after all he was a minister a man of God ..he would of expected one of us to confess and tell the truth...Right ?
This is precisely why it makes no sense to have a tiny dog. I know a story of another little doggie who was killed when the person dogsitting backed up and stepped on it accidentally in the kitchen. A cat is bigger, and ever so much more nimble. Plus they have nine lives.
No, I really don’t see anything amusing about accidentally killing an animal, much less a beloved pet. How is that funny?
That poor little doggie!
The poor lady!!!
That poor dog.
