The classic dill flavor of these Dilled Green Beans blends wonderfully with the zesty hot peppers and garlic. Dilly Beans are perfect for adding a little spice to any meal and provide a zing to any sandwich.

Ingredients
2 heads fresh dill
2 long hot peppers
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound small fresh green beans
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons salt

Instructions

Place one head of dill in each of two sterilized pint canning jars, along with one hot pepper, one garlic clove, and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Pack beans upright, dividing evenly between the jars.

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine vinegar and salt with 1-1/2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then pour into jars, leaving 1/2 inch of headspace. Seal and process in a hot water bath for 15 minutes.
