those bean beetles ate my butternut squash plants last year.
i also found the larvae on the milkweed that had come under the fence from my neighbor's yard.
i did squash the bugs and the yellow thingies, but by the time i got them all, it was too late in the year for mature squash to growl
this year i will be checking very early.
Do squash bugs have a natural predator? They wiped out every vine crop I planted this year. Nothing stopped them, my daughter had them bad this year too; she also lost all of her vines.
