An easy, no bake treat, these Apricot-Coconut Balls will delight any time of year but look particularly festive on a holiday cookie tray. Crunchy, chewy, and gooey, they are a delicious blend of sweet and tart.

Ingredients
8 ounces dried apricots, chopped in a food processor
2/3 cup coconut
2/3 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup chopped pecans
confectioners' sugar

Instructions

Mix together apricots and coconut. Add condensed milk and chopped pecans. Roll in small balls and then in confectioners sugar and refrigerate.
