Great-Grandmother's Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
2 bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream, bananas, and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and add to egg mixture; mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes, or until loaf tests done.
