This works for me. I hope it will help someone else too. I take 6oz of water, 1 Tbsp of real lemon juice, 1 tsp of grade B maple syrup and a dash of cayenne pepper. Shake and drink after a heavy meal. In the morning you will feel better. This cleanse has help me drop 25 lbs.
If you are trying to lose weight than you should try to eat balanced meals. If you follow a balanced diet then your body will stay in an optimum weight loss zone where you can shed weight very quickly. And having a balanced diet is a must if you are trying to have a flat stomach.
have a glass of water and a bowl of soup before every meal and u will notice u will eat less and yet feel full.

How do you know when the signs are in the legs??
Keep a food diary. It makes you think twice before eating cookies or chips when you know that you have to write it down. It's like going to confession.
When the signs are in the legs you can begin weight loss, quit smoking, break a baby from pacifier, nursing, etc. It works.

owning a farm and not doing everything with a tractor really helps too. Go for a bike ride on the bike trail to the next town and back.

1. Use smaller plates
2. Cut portion size in half
3. Eat a small amount evrey two to three hours to keep metabolism active.
4. Walk every day - walking stairs is great for keeping knees loosened up, walk to a place you enjoy seeing as a river or park and walk early in the morning to see the sunrise or late in the evening to see sunset.
5. Get a friend to join you who has the same desire to lose as you do. Much easier than with someone who doesn't.
6. Pray every day before doing any of the above; it helps to ask God to help you in your endeavors.
7. Think yourself more active, think yourself losing weight and looking and feeling good.
8. Think happy!
9. Eat a small snack so you don't feel
deprived.
10. Wear really good walking shoes and clothes - feel comfortable in them.
