What a wonderful and oh so true article. It is very important to move. It’s a habit to start early on in life, and carry through, especially as we age.
My go-to feel better activity/exercise is my yoga practice. I am a yogi for many years, and can practice at home now since we are currently home-bound. But you can start now with a beginners version of chair yoga. There are different levels, and will produce great results! “Motion is Lotion”, enjoy!

Here's one of mine: I try to extend kindness & connection every day, somewhere in the world, even - in this pandemic time - if it's only a friendly wave to a jogger I pass in my car. They always wave back! Bingo. There's my connection. ;)
