This Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie is a quick, filling breakfast or snack—and a great way to use up older bananas. (You can also freeze bananas so that you always have them on hand.)

Ingredients
3/4 cup low-fat milk (or milk alternative)
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 banana
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Add ingredients to blender in the order they are listed. Blend until smooth.
