I had to do some substitutions- used baking mix ( Bisquick for flour, whole grain oats for oatmeal, half & half for milk, and I aded 1 Tbls. of fresh minced parsley with fresh oregano and basil. I think it is fresh and sweet and comforting- great color good moist texture. I would serve this for Christmas Brunch- without hesitation.
