Love to see your recipes-rarely use them, I hate to 'download' stuff.... if you would make them easy to just print or have printable OR even concise within the site, I'm sure far more would get used....

These simple cookies are delicious, and I will make them again.
I used ground up steel cut oats (essentially coarse oat flour) in place of the quick oats.
I also rolled the unchilled dough between sheets of plastic wrap and froze it for about an hour- then cut the cookies using a round cutter.
Love that idea!
Do you grind up the oats? The photo of the cookies show a delicate cookie. If you're adding quick oats without grinding them to a powder, the cookies would be a lot lumpier. Still, I'll try it and try to post a pic of the result. :)
