New England Corn-and-Turkey Pie

Need a new idea for those turkey leftovers? This New England Corn-and-Turkey Pie is a delicious treat you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
3 eggs, well beaten
2-1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 cups corn kernels
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced green bell pepper
1/4 cup sauteed mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Place turkey into the bottom of a greased pie pan. Beat together eggs, milk, and flour. Add remaining ingredients to egg mixture and pour over the turkey. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
