The picture shown is a pork loin, not a pork tenderloin…. is this recipe for pork tenderloin or for pork loin?
If you make this recipe with actual pork tenderloin— I would raise the oven temperature to 425°, and it would probably be at temperature 160° in about 20 to 25 minutes and not dried out
Can this be done in an instapot? If so what needs to be adjusted?
I was only able to marinate the pork for a fews hours, but still came out great! Very tender and tasty, this recipe is a keeper.
