Bedrooms are often left cooler when not in use and for sleeping. But, slipping into icy cold sheets is a real downer! What we have done for years is to have a spare handheld hairdryer plugged in next to the bed. Turn on and hold it directed at between the bottom sheet and covers. be sure to also give your pillow a few seconds of blast.
