Winter will be cooler than normal, with the coldest temperatures in mid- to late December and much of January. Rainfall will be above normal. Watch for a tropical depression in early November. April and May will be warmer than normal, with rainfall below normal. Summer will be warmer and drier than usual. The hottest periods will be in early and mid-June and early July. Watch for a tropical storm in late June and a hurricane in mid-August.
