The stormiest periods will be in late November, mid-January, and late February. April and May will be warmer than normal with below-normal rainfall. Summer will be hotter and drier than normal, with the hottest periods in early and late June and mid- to late August. September and October will be cooler than normal, with above-normal rainfall in the north and below-normal south.
