Winter will be warmer than normal, with below-normal precipitation and snowfall. The coldest periods will be in late November, as well as early and late December. The snowiest periods will be in late December and early March. April and May will be cooler and wetter than usual. Watch for a snowstorm in early April. Summer will be warmer than normal, with the warmest temperatures in much of June, early July, and mid-August. Precipitation will be above normal in the north and below normal in the south.
