How should I change this recipe for my "chocoholic" sister who cannot eat dairy?
Hi, Bonnie. That is so nice of you to make a non-dairy pie for your sister to enjoy. Though we can’t guarantee the results, we can suggest that you use a non-dairy butter replacement (popular brands would be Earth Balance and Melt). There are also good non-dairy chocolate chips out there, such as by the brand Enjoy Life.
I don't care for the taste of brown sugar in pies, can you use all white sugar?
