Our very simple Nighttime Tea recipe can help you get a good night’s sleep thanks to a few healthy additives. Take care of yourself—even as you sleep!

For our nighttime beverage, we start with herbal tea bags and add milk and a tablespoon of molasses, which contains magnesium, iron, and vitamin B6. These all contribute to our nighttime health.

In this short video, Patty Sanders, nutritionist with The Old Farmer’s Almanac, shows us how to make this tea. (We love her PJs!) Sweet dreams!

Ingredients
1 to 1 ½ cups of hot water
2 bags of herbal tea (Bedtime or Sleepytime tea)
½ cup of warm milk
1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses
Instructions

After stirring ingredients, cover and let set for 3 minutes. Sip, enjoy, and sleep with comfort.
