because Blackberries are so fragile; they prob. go top of cobbler-dough or else they would get too watery;
as with any cobbler, batter always goes in bottom of pan. as it cooks, it bubbles up towards the top

Is the batter mixture supposed to go on the bottom first? Is the info backwards?
For the blackberry cobbler recipe, are you sure the batter goes on the bottom and berries on top? How does the crust get golden brown?
