We put up enough for the two of us last year. One thing we noticed is the corn left on the cob seemed sour, but the kernels we cut from the cod were very sweet. Any ideas? We heard it may have been "fermenting" somehow. Also, we like to use an angel food cake pan to remove the kernels. Simply put the cob into the hole and all the kernels fall into the pan.
