I've done a Thyme and another Oregano tincture, however the leaves where not 100% green, they were already starting a little bit to get black (you know when a herb is starting to get old?). I removed as much as possible from the black leaves, but how much and in which ways does it affect the safety and quality of the tincture? Because if alcohol preserves it, it shouldn't be a huge problem perhaps?
