Oxalic acid is not toxic. Spinach has more oxalic acid than rhubarb leaves and I bet you eat that. Parsley also has higher levels. Is it toxic, too? Collards and carrots have just as much oxalic acid as rhubarb leaves.

Why do content creators parrot back information they don't verify? Is that really Quality content?
