Very good article.
Based on info I found online, I've been taking 1500 mg/day to fight inflammation due to an old knee injury, and it seems to work. Sometimes I can get a formula that contains back pepper, but I haven't noticed any difference with or without the pepper. Dr Google says turmeric is fat soluble and is more easily absorbed if taken with a meal that contains fat. Also, I'm NOT a nutritionist!
