Certainly are blessed with the 20(++) mentioned editable wild weeds. My two favorites are milkweed and fiddleheads. But via OFA learning more and will pursue. Wild Mushrooms are fascinating, Dr Andrew Weil promotes them highly as being great in recipes and medicinal purposes. I have many of his info sheets.
With all the editables, it's almost as if you don't need to labor a garden and the expense. Now if I can find some wild tomatoes.
