With artichokes, you can replant a shoot! Gently clear away some soil to reveal the plant’s roots. Using a sharp knife, cut off the shoots along with their roots. Ensure the shoots are at least eight inches in length. Finally, backfill the soil around the original plant and firm up with your hands. Then plant the shoot with the roots.
