Tried making this small batch pesto and it didn't turn out. After blending it, it just turns out still in chunks, definable chunks - not a smooth pesto at all. In other words, it just didn't blend. So disappointing. The only way I can think to salvage it is to add about 1/2 cup of oil - then it might blend and I'm sure not going to do that!
