I'm truly mystified about people freaking out about this. I can understand if there is a lack of money, but supplies you are supposed to have at least a couple months stored for an emergency. And the cellphone generation, they never talk face-to-face with anyone anyway even when the person is right there in front of them, so what's the big deal? I really have had no trouble during this virus quarantine. Of course as an Only Child I am perfectly capable and happy being alone. I have tried a deal with stress though....dance. Most studios worldwide are having live classes many for free. We call it... Dancing Alone Together. Google it. And yes absolutely no news before bed!!!
